Privacy policy
RewardedTV helps you earn points from streaming watch history you already have. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask for deletion.
Who we are
RewardedTV is operated for the RewardedTV beta at rewardedtv.plink.com. Contact: privacy@plink.com.
What the Chrome helper collects
When you install the RewardedTV Netflix Helper and connect it to your account, it may:
- Confirm you are signed into Netflix in Chrome by reading Netflix session cookies in the browser
- Open your Netflix viewing activity page and read the page HTML for titles and watch times
- Send that history, and optionally those session cookies, to RewardedTV so we can import watches and keep the connection
- Store a device token, API base URL, and sync status locally in the extension
The helper does not ask for your Netflix password. It only runs its page bridge on RewardedTV, and only reads Netflix for viewing-activity import.
What the RewardedTV website stores
- Account email and password hash
- Connected streaming accounts and encrypted credentials / session material where used
- Imported watch events, points ledger, and monthly-draw eligibility
- Optional audience insights derived from titles you imported (for product and advertiser tooling)
Where data is sent
Extension traffic goes to rewardedtv.plink.com (our app and API). Netflix pages are loaded in your browser so the helper can read viewing activity; we do not sell your watch history.
Infrastructure providers that host the app (for example DigitalOcean) may process data as needed to run the service. If we use a model provider later to classify show titles for advertiser insights, that processor will be named here before it receives data.
Retention
Account and watch-history data are kept while your account is active. Extension local storage can be cleared by removing the extension. Deleted-account requests are actioned within 30 days of email confirmation.
Your choices
- Disconnect Netflix or other services from your RewardedTV dashboard
- Remove the Chrome helper at any time
- Email privacy@plink.com to request account or data deletion
Children
RewardedTV is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and post the revised version here.
